Opening day Lloyd Enzor with a two run homer and Dario Little with 3 run rbi triple in the first inning set the stage for a 12-2 win. Enzor would add another 2 run homer and Andre McKoy would add a grand slam in the win. Cal Sutphin,Brandon Harrison, and Dario Little would join Enzor as leading hitters on the day. Tyler Jackson and Zack Russell-Myers limited the marlins on the mound with Myers getting the win in relief.
It would take an outstanding Pitching performance by Jordan Jessup to secure a come from behind 5-4 extra inning win over the SM Big Train. Lloyd Enzor hit a 3 run homer to tie the game at the end of regulation then led off the 10th inning with a double and scored the winning run on a Zack Russell Myers grounder. Cambric Moye would single in Sutphin with the first run of the game. Jessup hurled four scoreless innings to pick up the win. Justin Hunt, Zack Joyce would also hurl shut out innings in relief.
Casey Smith hurled five innings, striking out 8 while giving up 3 hits and getting the win on the mound. Zack Joyce gave up no hits and fanned four in recording the save as the Bulldogs defeated the Hurricanes 3-1. Brandon Harrison scored on an Aaron Jones single in the first inning and in the third Dario Little's walk was followed by a Lloyd Enzor 2 run Blast to account for the final 3-1 score. Robbie Swab would pace the Bulldog offense with a two hit day!
The championship game started with walks to Harrison and Little and a rbi singles from Cambric Moye and Aaron Jones for a quick 2 run lead. Brian Connolly would hurl four strong innings allowing only 1 unearned run and held a 2-1 lead. Wesley Edwards followed with two scoreless then in the sixth Moye singled, Jones singled, Ray Crawford's sacrifice bunt advanced the runners and Zack Russell-Myers two run double provided the insurance in the 4-1 win. Luke Wilhem would shut the door in the last inning allowing no hits and sending the Bulldogs to their fourth straight and eighth overall summer Crown.
Enzor was a unaminous MVP as he set league records with four homers and 10 rbis.
